Final Cut Express 4.0 Does Not Support True HD

I want to say thank you to sean of seansense.net for posting this great post on Final Cut Express 4.0.  As most of you know, I have been working pretty hard to start video blogging (vlog) on a regular basis.  I love my Mac and the software that comes installed (iWeb, iMovie and iPhoto), however I have been researching other options for creating my videos at home.  I know it’s pretty easy to just go lay down the $999 for Final Cut Studio, but I have to consider do I really need that much?  Also I have heard many people who use Final Cut Studio express the STEEP learning curve to start using the software.

So what’s your thoughts?

  1. Looks really cool. $999 is pretty steap. I’m suprised with Full Sail’s “relationship” with Mac you can’t get it cheaper.

Let me know what you think?
