Fitness Goals:Writing down my commitments

Took stock of my current fitness goals and finally wrote down what I am willing to commit too.

1) 3 days per week
2) 1.5 hours per day max
3) Consuming 3500 calories maximum
4) Eating 4 meals per day
5) Working in 1 fun day of training per week. (Running, Team Sports, Recreational Sports)

So why do I want to live a healthy lifestyle?

I want to start a new social journey to improve my health and physical appearance through total body health. I desire to be a healthy role model for my friends and family by using my body as a living temple. I will express my new journey through the food I consume, the grooming and lifestyle choices I make.

This is my commitment to myself.
