5 Things To Stop Feeling Guilty For| Gym Talk
Will you never be enough? Are you not man/women enough? Why don’t you know more? Five things to stop feeling guilty for is not my way of telling you what to do! It is my five tips for helping that person who never feels they are good enough or smart enough to “get it right.” you are enough to matter to the world, and you may not have it figured out yet, but you will figure it out if you keep your focus on being the learner.
This is not some cheesy excuse to walk away from hard work. But since some of you are hard at work during this competition I thought I would chime in with the following:
Forgetting the past, knowing you are enough, focus on one barrel at a time, creating your ideal moment and knowing you are the learner.
