How To Be Inconsistently Consistent |Gym Talk

Fail your way to a new consistent you!  How to be inconsistently more consistent starts with understanding yourself, understanding what motivates you to achieve a goal, and why you may fail at finding your consistent pattern at first.

I have always started things and then found myself a few days later just thinking why am I even doing this project.  Today’s gym talk is about how I am inconsistently consistent and what I have learned to help propel me forward.
