I discovered the bulletproof diet while searching for an alternative to my keto breakfast that’s faster than cracking eggs. I am reading the book headstrong and found that as I modify my diet, my sleep is profoundly affected.
This morning waking up at 2 am to my labrador brain alarming the room temperature was starting to increase. What the hell man! Anyway, I wrote in my journal about the situation and found myself reading chapter after chapter of the book.
