Good evening family, how the hale are you? Happy Monday and Happy April. We finally made it to April, and today I want to share something I have been using in the morning to help smooth out my morning routine.
Recently I started to incorporate yoga into my morning routine to help stretch my body and clear my morning mind.
Speaking of mind, I use an app called Headspace to teach me to quiet my mind in meditation.
