Speed Interval Training With Nike Run App| #VEDA2018
Good morning family, how the hale are you? Yesterday’s workout was intense, but it had nothing on today’s training. Last night I felt the first tinge is muscle soreness in my calves and shins. Massaged the calf which reminds me I need to get a foam roller for my off days.
Finished all my intervals today and honestly, I’m spent physically at the moment, but that will improve over time. Have an awesome day and remember there’s;
