Happy Monday family and with Cinco De Mayo finally past us, if you spent the weekend outside in the sun and warm weather then it’s time to get back on a treadmill for a recovery run.

Today’s focus is just on keeping a steady pace and ensuring not to push the body to hard after a lunch infection. I completed the run with little issue and felt the cough will subside as the lungs and upper respiratory system heals itself. Have a great day!
