I have knocked out that very first workout today from Athlean X. Recorded the whole workout to ensure I can track my progress over the next 90 days.
Here are the plans:
- Record a pre and post-workout video to share with those that want to know what the Athlean X program is like.
- Upload the video to three sites for archiving and documenting.
- Instagram will feature my story told raw on the moment(as it should be )
- Facebook will record and track my progress
- YouTube we’ll feature the full-length videos to build my body of work.
