Athlean X Day 1

I have knocked out that very first workout today from Athlean X. Recorded the whole workout to ensure I can track my progress over the next 90 days.

Here are the plans:

  1. Record a pre and post-workout video to share with those that want to know what the Athlean X program is like.
  2. Upload the video to three sites for archiving and documenting.
  3. Instagram will feature my story told raw on the moment(as it should be )
  4. Facebook will record and track my progress
  5. YouTube we’ll feature the full-length videos to build my body of work.

Have to head to work so talk later.
