I cannot tell you how excited I am to finally start getting off my butt and start working out with a set plan. I purchased #DrewManning program a few months back and never really did much with the program outside of look at the menu and some of the workouts. Then I discovered I was creeping up pound by pound on my way to 260 lbs at 6’1 that’s obese.
So why not start a journey to do something about that. So pulled out the program and plan to document MY results with following the meal plan and the workout schedule.
