Monday I start a new physical training program. No surprise there, but the funny thing about this time is my starting goal is not to lift a specific amount of weight. I am keeping things simple and sustainable. Four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) I will lift for 45 min after a brief walk on the treadmill to warm up. I will do this for the next 18 months or for 6 complete cycles.
