It’s Almost Time

What is my story for today?

  1. Monday I start a new physical training program. No surprise there, but the funny thing about this time is my starting goal is not to lift a specific amount of weight. I am keeping things simple and sustainable. Four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) I will lift for 45 min after a brief walk on the treadmill to warm up. I will do this for the next 18 months or for 6 complete cycles.

What is one thing you did well yesterday?

  1. Stuck to my diet

Grateful for

  1. My home to rest my head daily
  2. My spouse who supports my crazy and wacky ideas.
  3. My car to get to and from location one to the next.
