Is It Monday Yet?

Like most people, I am starting to head back to the office at the start of next week. Don’t get me wrong working from home is great but I enjoy the social aspect of in person interaction

I woke up this morning fully invested in the thought I will need to be fluid with my exercise plan to ensure I get my reps in 4 days per week

This means moving my workouts to after work

See you tomorrow!
