Silent Mornings

Waking up at 5 am daily for the past three weeks has to rest my internal clock after recovering from a covid infection.

Silent mornings are my morning jam! My house is quiet, and I can knock out so much before anyone or animal is ready for the day.

I start my day with meditation and yoga, and I feel like a million bucks by 8 am arrives.

I am sticking to this routine!
