How I Create Shift Daily

Box breathing is my secret. Each morning when I am working to fill my lungs with air, I practice self-love by learning to hold my breath just long enough to slow my heart rate!

What is box breathing

So glad you asked!

Take a breath in a while counting to four

Next, hold your breath while counting down to four

Breath out for count to four

Breath empty for a count of four

You created shift in your mind and your body. That’s how I create my shift from my inner mind that wants to wreak havoc in my day with negative talk.
