Turn the screw around?

Yesterday I was building a cat skyscraper to help my cats get out of the box’s they call home to have a nice place to rest there pretty little paws. I put a screw into a location that poked through one of the floorboards and my husband reminded me. ” Now that you have the screw in, turn it around”

My inner thoughts

Ok simple enough comment to turn the screw around the correct way so it was not poking the cats when they lay in the spot, however I could not see that simple solution for myself because I was so excited I was able to put the thing together in the first place.

Why this matters:

I could not see the screw as upside down, just holding the unit together. I could only see the bolt, not the fact now that a hole was in the board, I could change the direction of the screw.

Silly I know but I thought about that screw most of the night.

Just change the direction of the screw. I won’t forget that lesson.

Let me know what you think?
