Get An Early Start
Not everyone is an expert on getting up at 5 am to achieve the goal they set, but I am a prime believer that no matter what time you retire for the night you wake up ready to go in the wee hours of the morning
Focus on the simple and the complexity will show up later. I focused on just sitting on my yoga mat for 5 min at the start of my journey. I am now well into 1 hour 10 min without moving. I use headspace to work on my journey but any app that can track your time is crucial to your success.
Breakfast is my morning reward. Three eggs and sausage with black coffee. Does not seem like much but it breaks my evening fast.
