I have meditated for 52 days in a row
Fifty-two days does not seem like much to the average person who does not understand what meditation offers to the chaotic mind.
Meditating for fifty-two days means you do not take off on weekends, and even if you feel under the weather, you sit with your mind and your thoughts 💭
My meditation journey has been ongoing, but I have always made it just shy of 30 days. That was until I figured out how to build the habit, and now it’s not a chore to sit for 20 minutes to 1 hour to just settle my busy mind.
Lesson 1
Start with just 5-10 minutes to get your mind used to sit for that long without doing anything. I call it “ calming the monkey”

Lesson 2
Sit in the same spot everyday. Don’t switch up places or alter your location. You are trying to teach the brain to see this spot as your meditation zone.
Lesson 3
Record everyday somewhere you track your progress. You need to know you are making progress.
