Earlier this week, I found out I am 65lbs overweight and stage two high blood pressure.
I never thought I could get high blood pressure, but now I know male high blood pressure is “really a thing.” it’s real, and I have put a plan in place to get it under control. I will need your help to keep me accountable to my goal.
One year to modify my blood pressure through diet and exercise, or I go on medication.
The target date is April 1, 2022
Lift weights x 3 days per week
The target weight is 300lbs bench press
Walk/Run/Bike x 2 days per week
Target is 3-5 miles per week
