Art After Dark on Pro Bowl Weekend

This month’s co-chairs are Lacy Matsumoto, Kyle Mistumori, and Becky Ogata.MUSIC+ENTERTAINMENT:Central CourtyardRing in the Year of the Dragon with drums and a lion dance at 7:30pm. Offer the lion a red envelope to ensure good fortune in the New Year.DJ Silvana brings her charismatic blend of deep lounge house music to Central Courtyard. 6-9pm.Luce PavilionDJ Anit, one of Hawaii’s top female DJs, spins mash-ups, R&B grooves, electro, dance, house, hip hop, and live remixes, adding her intricate scratching flare to the platform and having fun behind the table at the same time. 6-9pm.Kinau CourtyardStep into ancient China with the sounds of a Chinese 21-string zheng (zither) performance by internationally acclaimed Yi-Chieh Lai. 6-8pm.ART:Mediterranean CourtyardAcademy Members will be treated to hand fans custom brush-painted by modern Zen artist Andy Lee. 6-9pm, while supplies last.All the first floor art galleries are open during ARTafterDARK.?artLooking for a fun activity with your friends?
