A new week starts and I am starting to feel the pressure of the change looming over my head.  I recall when ever I needed to talk about stressful situations I would stop by my supervisors desk and she always made a solution out of my problems.  Now I am that leader and I find the responsibility of my position challenging but tolerable.

 Elya McCleave gives great advice in her article "The Blind Side:Who's got your covered" on her leadership strategy for working with a team.  I can only hope that after working with Elya for two years I have learned a thing or two about tenacity.  Thanks for leaving this great article and I proudly pass it on to my readers.
