Hey there! If you're curious about what the SCS-200 program is like, or if you're starting and want to know what to expect in the coming weeks, then this video is for you. In this episode, I'll give an insider's look at the program from a student's perspective. I'll discuss coursework and assignments and give you a glimpse into what to expect in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Over the past seven weeks, I have been a part of the SCS-200 class at SNHU, and I've had the opportunity to learn about many exciting topics. I am starting with social science and how it can be applied in the real world.

Week 1 started with an introduction to the program, learning about what we would be studying in the coming weeks. We were also introduced to our professors and classmates. This is usually done in class posts.

In week 2, we dove deeper into social science by exploring theories, terms, and perspectives. We had an assignment due at the end of this week where we discussed how these topics had affected society and the economy.

Weeks 4 and 4 of SCS-200 are all about data collection and analysis. We used data from past assignments to create a social science research project. This assignment required us to use the information we learned throughout the program and apply it in real-world situations.

In weeks 5 and 6, we focused on ethics in social science. We discussed topics like privacy, security, and confidentiality in our assignments and looked at ethical considerations when conducting research.

The final week of SCS-200 is about applying what we have learned in the program to our projects. Each student has to create a project that deals with a social science issue and present it to the instructor in a 5 to 7-slide PowerPoint.

The final week of class is this week before a two vacation for the holidays! I'm looking forward to seeing family and friends. I hope you have a wonderful holiday! And thank you for being part of this fantastic journey!
