Why I purchased a Total Gym Apex G5 For My Home Gym | Giovanni Hale

Last week, I measured my weight and noticed that it had increased by 60 pounds since moving to the mainland. Back in Hawaii, 200 was a healthy weight for me based on my height; however, here at 256 lbs., with an estimated BMI of 33.78 (which is classified as morbidly obese), it's no secret why blood pressure has remained stage 1 hypertension all this time!

I decided not to beat myself up about these new numbers because there must be something positive we can do from here - enter Total Gym fitness equipment into my life.

After seeing a few Total Gym infomercials in my free time, I realized that if I want to go to the gym long-term and stay consistent with regularly going, investing in-home equipment makes sense. This means buying something like this gym rather than continuing to pay for membership fees at local gyms.
