What can you control

Well I simply had to take a minute to actually write down how I am feeling inside. It's really difficult for me to discribe but i must. Let's see it's like I feel like just breaking down and crying, but I do not know why. It feels like someone broke my heart and I can not put my finger on it. I know that Charles has not cheated on me, or would do anything that would cause me any type of confusion in my life, but it just feels negative. I can't seem at the moment anyway to get myself out of this feeling. I do not know why my spirit feels so dark. Perhaps I am taking on the spirit of another, and not aware of it at the moment. Wow just had to get it off my spirit....
