- As I drove to work this morning, I noticed a flag at half mask and asked why would a flag be at half mask? I had totally forgotten that many lost there lives in the World Trade Center. Now I had not looked at CNN or any other news channel, I simply went on in my normal morning routine. Wow I felt so bad when Charles called me and said " I know why the flags were at half mask this morning. It's 911" Wow I said that's right. I had not even thought about it. That leaves me to wonder if we really DO REMEMBER if it did not involve our direct family. Do we just remember through the video's which are shown once a year?
