G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra
After much debate over what movie to see on my Friday night date night, I finally decided on GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra. I will not go into man details as there are many great views of this movie from more seasoned reviewers, but I have to point out a few things things I believe you will love about this movie.
- Cast was well chosen to present the total GI Joe character feel. Sitting in the theater last night I could feel a solid chemistry between characters. I was most taken by Ray Parks performance, athletically as well as silence on screen. Though most of the movie is centered around two major characters story. Duke played by Channing Tatum and a much more defined Marlon Wayans as Ripcord.
- ACTION- I love action movies, and things blowing up! If you are looking for a movie where you can sit back get some popcorn, and just enjoy the movie. Your going to love this movie.
- Flow-The movie will flow along smoothly, at least until you get to the end. What's with the electric jails?
I will let you know before you go to this movie, if you are expecting a strong developed plot. THINK AGAIN! This is a movie you go to see simply for the pure BLOW UP FACTOR. Would I recommend this movie for a child? Well it does have a juvenile feel to it, but in my opinion kids today will really enjoy things blowing up and the pure action factor.
