Week in Review for Week 2 30 Jan -5 Feb 2012

This week brought about some changes in my training. I am finally consistent with my 5 days a week work out schedule, but I find recovering is still a challenge. Waking up daily at 6am and getting out the door by 7 is also a work in progress.I finished up my mass gainer powder, which reminds me I need to order more. But I still have plenty of creatine and protein for the next 2 weeks. I am averaging about 3500 calories per day, but recently I made a vital mistake and failed to go shopping for food before heading out to party. Big mistake! My energy suffered during the day and I was moody as hell.That's about all for this weeks update. Time to eat and get ready for work in a few hours.
