Expanding Your Inner Reach: Thought Journaling and Meditation
How to keep a journal that you value, how to meditate without being distracted, what should your first words be in the morning? Here's my experience.
What if you could achieve what you set out in your mind to do without hesitation? Where I am in my current state of mind is achieving my goal quietly in the background. Daily journaling has helped me immensely with this, and it's time to share how. I always shared most of the things I felt inspired to achieve in my life with anyone who would listen. Over the past few weeks, I have been working on my inner space!
I have been working on expanding my inner reach and respecting my boundaries. Every day, after meditating for 15 minutes, I write down what happened during meditation and all thoughts that come up during this process- no filter! It's incredible how much we can learn about ourselves when we make a conscious effort to listen. Why not share them too? I capture my thoughts in less than 600 hundred characters after meditation, which takes me no longer than five minutes!
I have been feeling more focused on the essential things, and by writing them down, there is a sense of clarity instead of keeping these thoughts inside or sharing them with someone.
