FAA Week 1 Recap ☀️

Date: September 2025
Category: Flight & Academic Advancement (FAA)

📌 SITREP – Week 1

Week 1 of FAA is in the books. The objective was simple: get off the runway, establish rhythm, and prove the system works. Mission accomplished.

📝 Observations

  • Structure = Survival – SITREPs and checklists kept me locked in. Without them, drift would’ve set in.

  • Energy Management – Balancing FAA, Corporate IT, and life required cutting out invisible labor and standing firm on “ticket-first” boundaries.

  • NPC Lens – Huge shift this week: realizing not everyone is playing campaign. That freed up mental load instantly.

⚡ Obstacles

  • Early mornings hit harder than expected. Coffee and centering blocks are non-negotiable.

  • There is a temptation to slip back into old habits of over-explaining or over-helping.

  • Learning to let silence be a weapon — not every stressed face needs me to carry weight.

🌱 Wins Logged

  • Training schedule hit without fail.

  • Reflections captured in the commonplace book for long-term tracking.

  • More precise boundaries = clearer focus. Productivity is up, stress is down.

🪖 Commander’s Note

FAA isn’t a sprint, it’s a flight path. Week 1 reminded me: consistency beats intensity. I’m standing 10TOEZ on this — disciplined, locked in, and already seeing the shift.

☀️ Onward to Week 2.
