Second Week at ZipRecruiter: Pivoting from IT Technical Support to Enterprise Implementation Specialist | Giovanni Hale

This is my second week at ZipRecruiter, and it's been a great experience so far. Last week was mainly focused on learning the products and getting up to speed. This week, my focus is on understanding the product and how it works for our Enterprise customers. I'm really impressed by the level of commitment from my team and others to answering all of my questions. So far, it's been a great experience pivoting from IT Technical Support to working with Enterprise customers. I'm excited to see what the rest of this week holds!
